Pet Policy

Sit. Stay. Bark. Play all day inside our gated community pet park!  We love pets and we promise to spoil them, too! 

19 South is a pawsitively, pet-friendly apartment community. 
We allow up to 3 pets per home and no weight restrictions!  How pawsome is that? 
We charge a non-refundable $300 upfront pet fee. 
Additional pets: $150/pet Pet rent is $20/month per pet. 
We do have some breed restrictions. 

Pets that contain a mix of any of the breeds listed below are considered a restricted breed.
